Children and healthy lifestyle

Childhood is the best period of life when a small person discovers the world around. Being innocent children are taught how to live and what to do. Parents and other people around give them education and sometimes they don't even notice that they set an example for children with their actions, choices, preferences.
Of course children perceive world in a different and unique way but consciously or subconsciously they act like adults. At first they have nobody to look at except their parents and family members so they accept a family mode of life as a must. Young people tend to get bad habits and oppose healthy activities because they have a strong wish to contradict adults. This is a common behavior of a teenager though at the same time there are youngsters who cannot live without sport activities, tourism, active games and moving.
Teachers and other adults are perceived like tutors that's why it is great when they teach children good and healthy things. It is obvious that families leading healthy lifestyle and spending much time in the nature together are happier. It is great when the child feels loved. Healthy mode of live cannot be limited to a healthy and well-balanced dietary intake full of vegetable and fruit. It cannot add up to much exercising either because too much physical activity can bring stress and exhaustion to the young organism. Everything should be taken in moderation and done with pleasure especially in the young age when a child becomes a personality with own values and ambitions.
