They prefer to take a car rather than to have a walk thus worsening the problem.

Society takes measures to fight against obesity but only those who have enough determination and motivation can achieve the result. Laziness and reluctance to oppose this disease let modern scientific technologies to enter the market.

Nowadays there are various ways to cope with extra weight: vibrating belts, medicine, herbal teas, biologically active food additions.

Miraculous pills help to cope with this problem but as a rule they have temporary effect. Complex measures are needed to oppose the disaster that is called obesity.

It is mainly caused by unhealthy food consuming. Fast-food restaurants are an easy and cheap solution for busy people who don't mind having a bite on the go but it shouldn't come into a habit. Junk food does not agree with the healthy lifestyle.
