How to choose the activity?

It is not difficult. First of all it is necessary to realize what result should be achieved: if the activity is aimed to boost self-esteem, energy level, bring communication with interesting people, make certain spiritual effect, keep body in good shape or combine all these aspects. While the ultimate goal is set it is good to think over the way this effect can be achieved: way, means, opportunities, determination, place, time etc. If there is no agreement in details the whole activity may bring frustration and irritation rather than give pleasure.

Moral satisfaction is one of the most important points on the way to success. It is a proven fact that it is important to get spiritual pleasure out of everything a person is doing: if the activity is done without willingness and motivation it won't bring the result. Sometimes not the actions themselves but the mood is important.

We can find examples of families where children are made to follow their parents' desires against their own will. Of course these children cannot be called happy ones.

A healthy mode of life can be imposed by someone else or by living conditions or circumstances. It can even be helpful for those who lack personal traits and will-power to start taking healthy activities. However such situation won't last long if a person has inner contradictions and cannot put up with the imposed rules and activities. Harmony should be achieved in everything and especially in the sphere when health is concerned.
