Resisting bad influence

So, you are tired of the health problems caused by bad ecology, junk food, lack of movement, psychological discomfort in family, and pressure at work and you made a decision to change your way of life. It is a great idea but it turns out that this is not enough because we are surrounded by things and people who try to persuade us that we don't need to change our way of life.
Marketing companies use technologies and do everything possible to promote their goods and services. People should display vigilance not to get hooked by its tricks.
There is much brainwashing about the aspects of healthy lifestyle. Commercials create an image of men and women who eat yoghurt every day and stay physically fit. Or there are images of slim and smiling people who order fast-food for lunch in the drive-in and obviously don't have health problems at all. It's easy to believe in these images because they are made with taste and sound convincing.
We face unhealthy habits among family members and friends and sometimes it is not easy to resist temptation. Very often we are governed with impulse and not with common sense or logic. It's easy to live without unhealthy habits because they are not natural for us, we don't need them to survive.
Modern pace of life is very fast and stressful and people need to take actions to relieve stress and relax. Of course stress can be more harmful than unhealthy food and little physical activity that is why it is preferable to avoid stressful situations and keep thinking in a positive way.
