Working and living conditions

Country life gives more opportunities to stay healthy. Such way of life is less stressful and as a rule it is chosen by families with children whose parents want them to spend more time in the open air and be healthier. Life in the suburbs or in towns close to the big cities can be a way out.
Of course fresh country air and the possibility to spend more time in the nature or just in the outdoors is a boon.
People are influenced with the air they breathe in. Polluted air is full of substances that can be poisonous for health. It is obvious that those who live close to busy highways suffer not only from pollution produced by traffic but also from vibrations and noise that is also very harmful.
It happens that the working conditions can also do great harm and cause health problems. There are people that work in small dark premises with bad air ventilation; they stay in rooms without climate control getting cold in winter and suffering from heat in summer; they have long working hours staying in the same position all the time (being on foot or sitting at the table for many hours); they may have to raise heavy weights, work with radio active substances and dangerous mechanisms etc. There are different working conditions and it is rare when a person gets the very amount of physical activity that is necessary to stay fit and relaxed. If the professional activity causes damage to health it is better to find the appropriate solution to this problem until it is too late as prevention is much better than cure.
